What is PAC Performance, and how is it different from a regular fitness plan?
PAC Performance is primarily fitness-related, but the main focus is you as an individual. With expertise in areas like NLP and emotional intelligence, you’ll get support far beyond just a workout or diet plan. It’s a personalised journey — guided by a coach who genuinely cares and is passionate about helping people grow, inside and out.
How does online coaching work? Will I get a plan to follow?
Yes — you’ll get access to an online platform and mobile app. Your plan will include daily habits, tasks, exercises, and workouts. Everything is laid out clearly so you can see what’s expected each day and track your progress.
I'm really busy with work and kids — how will this fit into my life?
I get it — I also work full-time and have three children! Your plan is built around your lifestyle, not the other way around. We’ll work together to make sure it’s realistic, sustainable, and fits your unique circumstances.
Do I need to be fit already to start?
Absolutely not. In fact, I love working with people who are just getting started. This coaching is tailored to all levels — what matters most is your commitment to show up and be honest. I’ll guide the rest.
Is this just workouts, or do you help with nutrition and mindset too?
It’s the full picture. I support you with nutrition, mindset, and accountability — using tools and knowledge from certified training in coaching, NLP, and emotional intelligence.
Can I still join if I don’t have a gym membership?
Yes — 100%. We can create workouts that are home-based, outdoor-based, or whatever setup you have. The key is consistency, not location.
What kind of results can I expect — and how long will it take?
This isn’t about quick fixes. It’s about building habits that last. Everyone is different, and your progress depends on your goals, effort, and lifestyle. I’ll help you create real, lasting change over time.
How do I sign up — and what happens after I join?

What if I’ve tried and failed before — how is this different?
Failure is part of the process. If you’ve failed, it means you’ve tried, and that’s a great place to start. This time, you won’t be doing it alone. I’ll be here to support you, guide you back on track when needed, and help you build something that actually sticks. Those previous ‘failures’ are valuable lessons to bring with you.
